Mike Boyle is a graduate of Colorado State University and has been in the broadcasting industry for 32 years. Mike’s first radio job was at KLMR in Lamar, Colorado as the sports director. He then went into TV at KBCI (now KBOI TV) the CBS affiliate in Boise, Idaho. He did play by play work for the local cable station, calling Boise State and local high school games. Mike’s travels then took him to Tucson, Arizona where he was the weekend sports anchor at the CBS affiliate , KOLD TV. Next, Mike headed North to Spokane to be the weekend sports anchor at KXLY before becoming the voice of the Spokane Chiefs in 2002, the same year he would join KREM 2. Mike become the voice of the Indians in 2011.
